• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1995
• Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (ICAI).
• Certified System Auditor (CISA, ISACA)
• Certification on IFRS held by ICAI.
• Merger and Acquisition Certification – IIM Ahmedabad

Professional/Social Activities:

• Proficiency in Statutory audits, due diligence, internal and management audits and business and transaction restructuring assignments for MNCs and Listed entities.
• Has an extensive exposure to the International Accounting Standard, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS).
• An accomplished speaker on due diligence, internal controls, accounting standards including IFRSs and Ind AS and Income Computation Disclosure Standards (ICDS)
• He has contributed to various articles in business/ Industry magazine and has spoken on topical issues at Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA), Foreign Chambers and various other professional forums.
